BOSTON, MA (PRWEB) April 18, 2017

As international student-focused institutions navigate the ever-evolving landscape of higher education in the United States, two leaders in the field are joining together in a partnership to benefit international students.

CollegeWeekLive, a unique virtual engagement platform where students and colleges meet online, and U.S. News Global Education, which supports international students and their families in finding the right universities through analysis and insights, have joined forces to better serve students worldwide. This partnership will enable international students to connect virtually with the colleges and universities that best meet their educational needs and goals.

“Now more than ever, creating connections and establishing an open dialogue with international students is critical,” said CollegeWeekLive President Sumant Mauskar. “To meet the increasing need for information and guidance in the international student community, we knew it was essential to partner with U.S. News Global Education due to their impressive reputation as a comprehensive resource for international students.”

This collaboration enables both organizations to enhance their offerings to the international student community and in turn, will better inform and educate international students about global education opportunities.

“CollegeWeekLive has an incredibly vibrant online platform, and we are thrilled to contribute our wealth of research, analysis and information to international students and their families as they navigate the college admissions process. This partnership will optimize what we can provide to the greater international community,” says U.S. News Global Education’s Managing Director, Michael Huckaby. “Working in a dynamic industry, it’s exciting to partner with CollegeWeekLive to offer even more support to international students around the world.”

The new collaboration kicks off with an event serving international students interested in studying abroad, CollegeWeekLive’s International Students Day, which will take place in the form of a free, virtual college fair on May 10, 2017 from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m. EDT.
